• Prepare a package of Articles of Association;
• Open bank accounts of companies being established in the bank of their choice;
• Fill in documents necessary for the Centre of Registers;
• File the incorporation documents of a company for the certification of Notary Public;
• Obtain the company registration certificate;
• Produce seals and stamps;
• Register a company as a tax payer in the State Tax Inspectorate and State Social Insurance Fund Board;
• Issue a VAT invoice for the rendered services.

A company is established in 7 – 12 working days.
